Why can’t I take a photo?
We want to offer users the best service and quality needed for an accurate instant risk indication. As the hardware of mobile devices varies, we are unable to provide our service on every device. SkinVision is a medical application available for most iOS (5 and higher) and Android (from 2017) smartphones. The app does not work on tablets, such as iPads. This means that we no longer offer our service on devices that cannot meet the requirements required to give an accurate risk indication. Example: Some device cameras produce photos that our technology cannot process. In the meantime, you can use other in-app features to manage your skin health: · Archive photos · Identify your skin type · UV index If you have any questions regarding your device when using SkinVision, or any other queries, contact us at support@skinvision.com.
